President
John spent 16 years running billing and meter operations for one of the largest submetering and billing providers in the US — giving him firsthand experience growing a utility billing operation at scale. He founded Valiflo to bring the transparency, simplicity, and accountability the industry has been missing.
Brady Shorts
Director of Engineering
Brady brings 15 years of utility platform engineering to Valiflo, with deep experience building and leading development of billing systems. Having worked as a billing manager early in his career, Brady builds tools with a rare combination of technical depth and real-world operator perspective.
