Valiflo exists to serve communities, and that doesn't stop at the work we get paid for. We give our money, our time, and what we know to causes that help families get what they need — starting with clean water.
Why We Do This
Families and communities are the whole point.
Strong families and strong communities are what hold everything else up. That belief is the reason Valiflo exists in the first place — the cities and property operators we work with are how families get water, get billed fairly, and get problems fixed.
It's also the first thing we ask of each other as a company: be a good human being first. A value like that doesn't mean much if it stops at the office door, so we put real money and real hours behind it.
We're in the water business, so clean water is where we started. Millions of families still don't have a reliable source of it, and that's a problem our industry actually knows how to solve.

Water Impact Network
Clean water to everyone.
The Water Impact Network is a nonprofit built by people from our own industry — utility professionals who decided their expertise ought to be pointed at the parts of the world where clean water still isn't a given.
Their approach is one we believe in: instead of drilling a well and walking away, they put real-time monitoring on wells in underserved communities so problems get caught early and the water keeps flowing for years. It's the same proactive thinking we build into everything we do.
What we contribute

The causes our people bring us
Our one-off efforts start with someone on the team who already cares about something. We follow them into it.
It starts with one person
Someone here is already coaching a team, sitting on a board, or helping out at a shelter on their own time. That's where these efforts come from — not from a committee deciding what we should care about.
The rest of us show up
When someone brings a cause to the table, we get behind it — hours, hands, and money. It's a lot easier to ask your coworkers for help when you know they'll actually come.
Usually close to home
Most of it is right in front of us — a kid's school, a neighbor going through something hard, a family in the valley that needs a hand. Small efforts, but they matter a lot to the people on the other end of them.
